Yes, Woolworths Team Bank is a mutual financial services organisation and is owned by our members. In fact, each one is a shareholder.

Eligibility to join is exclusive to Woolworths and Endeavour Group team members, their immediate family members and those with an affinity to Woolworths Group. Learn more about becoming a member.

The minimum amount you can borrow is $2,000. The maximum amount you can borrow is $40,000 unsecured or up to $100,000 if the loan secured dependent on security offered. You can arrange to make your loan repayments either by payroll deduction, direct debit from your transaction and savings account, internet banking transfer or by a direct debit from another financial institution.

Statements are produced six monthly or more frequently on request.  Account Balances and Statements are also available through our internet banking services.

Duplicate statements can be requested at any time from our office, although fees and charges may apply. Fees and charges can be found here.

The security required will depend upon your individual circumstances. Examples of the type of security we may require are a mortgage over property and a Bill of Sale over an asset such as a motor vehicle. A fee is payable where this is required.
