Frequently asked questions

Yes, as part of the account-opening process is to become a member. Woolworths Team Bank is a mutual financial services organisation and is owned by its members. In fact, each one is a shareholder.

Eligibility to join is exclusive to Woolworths and Endeavour Groups team members, their immediate family members and those with an affinity to Woolworths Group. Learn more about becoming a member.

The value of the deposit required is $1 for our Access, Budget and BU accounts.

You can arrange to make deposits to your account by

  • Direct credit of payroll or other income (Need help? Click here.);
  • Transfer from another savings or transaction account;
  • Internet banking transfer;
  • Over the counter at any Woolworths Team Bank branch; or
  • With your Visa Card at any branch of Australia Post which has a Bank@Post facility.

Accessing your money will depend on the particular features of your account. If you require more information, call one of our helpful staff.

A 3% international transaction fee will be charged on purchases and cash advances made overseas or with merchants located outside of Australia. This fee applies even if the transaction is processed in Australian dollars.

Statements are produced six monthly or more frequently on request. Account information is also available through our internet banking services.

Duplicate statements can be requested at any time from our office, although fees and charges may apply. Fees and charges can be found here.
