Our paper statement fees are changing.
Effective 1 July 2025
In line with our ongoing sustainability efforts, we have assessed the environmental impact on printed paper and mailed paper statements. We have also recognised that the resources allocated to paper statements could be better invested in improving the products and services that benefit you the most, our valued members.
Consequently, we have made the considered decision to adjust our paper statement fee to $3.50 per statement, effective from 1 July 2025. Pensioners and youth accounts will not be charged paper statement fees.
We believe it’s a necessary step to encourage more eco-conscious practices and allows us to continue investing in improvements that bring value to your membership.
We also offer a simple and easy way to go paperless and avoid the paper statement fees altogether: switch to eStatements today!
Ready to make the switch to eStatements?
Making the switch is easy, if you have internet banking you can make the switch yourself, just follow the steps below:
- Log into your internet banking
- Go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Statement Options’

- 3. Select ‘Online’, confirm your email address is correct and the account you want your statements for and click ‘Next’.

4. Click ‘Get SMS’ and enter the code you receive into the box for ‘Enter your One Time Password’

- 5. Confirmation – Your request has been successful. Click ‘Finish’ and don’t forget to ‘Logout’ if you are finished with your internet banking browser.
