Woolworths Team Bank is eager to give back to the Woolworths and Endeavour Groups, and our bank members; whether it’s through fantastic value banking products, peerless customer service, or new incentives.
This year, we’re offering four scholarships for school leavers, each worth $2,500, open to students between the ages of 16 and 20.
Once awarded, the money is yours to spend. We only ask that it goes towards building up a bright future for yourself or your child.
The Woolworths Team Bank Scholarships will be awarded based on merit and/or to even the playing field for someone struggling to afford to take their passions to the next level.
There are four scholarships up for grabs:
The sharpest minds of the next generation of school leavers will contribute greatly to the world, and we are eager to give them every advantage. Our scholarship could pay for books, tutoring, and more.
Many hope to have an Olympian in their family, or the next football legend. Our scholarship could help young athletes take their skills to the next level. Use it to pay for new gear, training sessions, etc.
If you have rising star in your home – such as a singer or dancer – we want to see them in lights in the future. Our scholarship could help them with expenses related to their craft (e.g. gear, school fees, and more).
Some students have great ambitions to build something, or help others maintain their hard-earned homes. Our skilled trades scholarship helps them do just that: paying for things like new equipment.
How can you enter?
Woolworths Team Bank will be accepting applications between the 11th of November 2024 to the 3rd of January 2025. Winners will be announced by the 13th of January 2025. Applicants have to fill out an application form with the following:
- Name of applicant
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- State they reside in
- Woolworths/Endeavour Employee ID*
- Choice of scholarship
- Reason why you/they are a suitable candidate
- How the scholarship would assist you/them with their studies
* Can be an immediate family member’s or the scholarship applicant’s member ID or Woolworths Team Bank member number.

Our team will review all applications to select suitable recipients for each category. Should it be too close to call, we’ll follow up with a phone call to make a final decision.

This scholarship is open to all Woolworths Team Bank members, Woolworths and Endeavour Groups team members, as well as their immediate families, aged between 16 and 20 years old who are graduating the 12th grade of secondary school in 2024. Applicants are only eligible to apply and/or win one scholarship only. Application opens on the 11th of November 2024 and will close on the 3rd of January 2025. The scholarship winners will be selected by Woolworths Team Bank management, and winners be notified by the 13th of January 2025. The scholarship funds of $2,500 will be deposited into the winner’s Woolworths Team Bank account. If the winner does not have a Woolworths Team Bank account, one will be opened. Our decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into thereafter. By entering, participants agree that their names, likeness, stories and images may be used in our marketing collateral should they be selected as a scholarship recipient.
